Best tour I've ever done. Flight crew and pilot have amazing skills and attention to details. If you do any tours in Denali spend the money and do the Glacier tour with landing on Glacier. Tour cancelled last minute. On the morning they said no one else has booked apart from us (2 ppl.) & they have 4 ppl., min for tour (which was not told when i booked the tour 45 days ago), so tour wasn't confirmed that morning. They were giving false info when they cancelled saying weather, but the weather was really good in Denali. DON'T EXPECT FRANK OR GOOD INFORMATION FROM THEM. Even he said he'll confirm 2 hours before the tour starts and got a cancellation call minutes before the tour. We had already reached and couldn't make any other plans due to these crappy tour. I read reviews now that many tours are cancelled by these guys without notification. THEY ARE DEFINITELY NOT A SERIOUS CUSTOMER MINDED COMPANY/TOUR. Want to give them zero but there is no option to rate them zero. We booked our helihiking trip a month before and on the trip day few hours before first they said if only two hikers have booked we need 2 more member for this trip or else pay 600$ extra if you really want to do this trip. We supposed to start our trip at 1pm but we got the call from frontdesk at 2pm saying weather is bad n.... This was our to do list and we were so excited for it. Also when we called them 1day before to know more about out trip the front desk guy acted like a Pizza guy and it happened twice and the number we were dialing was the same what they have provided on their website. Common Era this is not the way to play with customer, at least show some curtesy to your customers letting them knw abt their trip status, so they can plan some another activity. Don't trust on them, plan your trip with someone else. Incredible! First time in a helicopter and I'm hooked. Great experience thanks to staff and pilot. Very disappointed when they informed us (at the last minute, and too late to book any other excursion) that our flight had been cancelled because they had not filled every seat on the tour. I would never recommend ERA. But if you choose to book with them, be aware that they will not fly a less than full helicopter and may cancel at the last minute if they are not maxed out. A hard lesson to learn when you are on a once in a lifetime Alaska trip. I would score them zero stars, but this site requires I give them at least one. They don't deserve even that.
